PBL MULTIPLE ACTIVATION AUTOLOCK BYPASS SYSTEM

The PBL Bypass System has provided a simple and reliable solution to various drilling problems, including lost circulation. The new PBL Autolock Multiple Activation Bypass System was developed at the request of the operators to allow for safer and timelier tripping. By locking the tool in the open position, the drill string can easily drain and fill during tripping operations. This new PBL Bypass System allows operators the ability to open and close the tool down hole up to 5 times to assist in dealing with hole conditions. This new system is safe, reliable and effective.

PBL SLIDING SLEEVE BIG BORE SYSTEM

To answer the drilling industry's need for an efficient circulating sub that can be used in conjunction with MWD probes, Downhole Devices introduces the Sliding Sleeve Big Bore (SSBB) System. The tool provides the same reliability associated with Downhole Devices' PBL Multiactivation Bypass System as well as the same industry proven functionality. In addition, the SSBB offers several new features;

- Unlimited number of cycles.

- Large ID provides the operator the ability to deploy or retrieve probe style MWD sensors, drilling tools or core barrells while still maintaining the ability to activate the SSBB tool.

- The proprietary Autolock option is available on the SSBB as well, for draining the drill string while tripping out of the hole.

PBL MULTIPLE ACTIVATION JETTING TOOL

Removes build-up of drill cutting and mud cake that attach to riser, BOP and wellhead walls.

Used in conjunction with various brush tools etc enables maximum riser cleanup during the displacement.

Additional drilling cleanout can be run in the work-string with the Multi-Activation
Jetting tool, since the jetting tool can be selectively opened and closed.

One trip displacements with multi-activation feature.

Can be used for drilling applications for cleanout of BOP, risers and liner tops without additional trips.
